This list shows servers whose name includes noob, beginner, newbie, new player, newcomer, learning or starter. That word is the owner's claim, not a check by us. The table is busiest first, and each row shows when that server last wiped and when it is due to wipe next, in UK time and UTC. Live population is refreshed every five minutes.
A wipe is the moment a fresh map starts, and on a learning server it matters more than the name. A server that wiped an hour ago is crowded and hectic; one due to wipe in an hour is not worth starting on. Check both times in the table before you join. Group limits also shape how hard a server is: a solo or duo cap keeps large clans out, which is usually easier for a new player than the default eight. Gather rates are often not stated in the name; where they are, a modest 2x is a common middle ground. Region matters too, so pick a server near you to keep ping low. The search box above the table trims by any word in the name, such as 'solo', 'EU' or 'weekly'.

Questions
Q01How do I find a Rust server for beginners?
Search the table for words like noob, beginner, newbie or learning, or use the search box to add a region or group limit. Check the last wipe and next wipe times before joining, because a server that has just wiped is busiest. Read the server's own rules on its page to see what it actually offers new players.
Q02What does 'just wiped' mean for a new player?
It means the map reset recently, so everyone starts with nothing and the server is at its busiest. That can be chaotic, but it is also the fairest moment to join. If you prefer quieter starts, pick a server whose next wipe is a few days away.
Q03Are wipe times shown in UK time?
Yes. Every time on this page is shown in UK time and UTC together, so you can plan around your own schedule. The times come from each server's published schedule, and the source is named on the server's page.
Q04Do beginner servers have lower gather rates?
Not always. Many leave the rate unstated, which usually means vanilla speeds, while others advertise 2x in the name. A 2x server reduces the early farming grind without the inflated loot of 5x or 10x. Check the server name and its page before you assume a rate.
More about these servers
The table updates its population every five minutes. Last wipe and next wipe come from each server's own schedule, not from a guess, and force wipe dates follow Facepunch's monthly pattern. If you want to see only servers that have just wiped, use the just wiped list; for upcoming wipes, the wipe schedule tracker shows what is due soon. Players who want no fighting at all should start on a PvE server, and those who want the quietest start can try a solo server. The full server list has every public server we track.
